Ingredients
1 bunch swiss chard, about 3 cups3 cups water1Tbs. Extra virgin olive oil1/3 medium white onion4 small stalks celery1 can cooked chickpeas, drained1 can stewed tomatoes, Italian style, not drained2 dashes cayanne3 cubes chicken bullion1tsp dried marjoramdash celery seed
Directions
Rip up the chard. Set water to boil and add chard. Chop onion and celery into desired sizes. Add everything to the pot and bring to a boil. Turn heat to simmer until vegetables are as soft as you like them.
