*Barilla Linguine, 8 oz Ground beef, 8 oz Onions, raw, .5 large *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Sour Cream, reduced fat, 2 tbsp
Cook pasta as directed.
Brown beef and add taco seasoning as directed.
Chop onion.
Add pasta, beef, onion, and corn to an 8x8 casserole dish. Mix well. Sprinkle cheese on top,. Cover and bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5-10 or until cheese is melted well. Serve with sour cream and fresh sliced tomatoes
