Chili (turkey + dry beans) slow cooker

Ingredients
20 oz lean (93/7%) ground turkey1 cup dry black beans1 cup dry kidney beans2 TBSP Safeway taco seasoning mix1 - 14.5oz can Safeway no salt added diced tomatoes2 cups Safeway 100% juice vegetable juice low sodium (or V8)1 cup tap water + enough to thin to taste
Directions
Soak beans overnight then rinse and add to slow cooker
Brown, drain and rinse turkey and add to slow cooker
Add other ingredients and cook on high until the beans are ready to eat. Probably 4 hours or so, maybe more.
Add additional tap water as needed to make the desired consistency.
