Green & Yellow Potato Salad

Ingredients
1 lb new potatos, boiled and cooled2/3 pound mixed fresh green and yellow beans, blanched and cooled2 cobs corn, blanched (then remove the corn from the cob)4 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp dijon mustard2 tbsp white wine vinegar1 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro3 pepperoncini peppers, chopped.
Directions
Combine potatos, beans, corn, cilantro and pepperoncini in a bowl.

Combine oil, mustard, vinegar salt and pepper in a jar. Close lid tightly and shake. Dress salad and toss to coat.
