Ingredients
Libby's 100% pumpkin 12 oz. canFat free evaporated milk 1 canEggs 2 largePumpkin Pie Spice 3.5 tsp.Splenda 1.5 cupsSea Salt 0.5 tsp
Directions
bake at 425 for 15 mins. then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake an additional 40-50 mins.
Let cool to room temperature then trasfer to half cup dessert dishes


Note: Whip Cream Optional-- go with a non- dairy or home made using splenda to sweeten to taste.
