Nemo Chili

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey (beef, pork, chicken also ok)2 cans black beans1 can kidney beans15 oz can tomato sauce1 can diced tomatoes5 tsp Chef Meg taco seasoning (Chili powder, cumin & red pepper flakes)2 cups cooked brown rice1 medium finely chopped onion
Directions
1. Cook rice in separate pan or rice cooker.
2. Add olive oil to Dutch oven and heat pan. Add meat and onions and cook till browned. Drain excess grease and add 1/2 of seasoning before other ingredients. Mix thoroughly in meat.
3. Add other ingredients (black beans, kidney beans, tomato sauce, diced tomato and cooked rice.) Blend ingredients and remainder of seasoning.
4. Cook over medium heat till hot.
5. Serve with cheese and sour. (Not included in calories.)
