Atkins Chili-Cheese Roll-Ups Modified

2 Poblano Chilies, roasted, seeded, peeled, and chopped1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened1 T minced green onion2 t fresh lime juice2 T olive oil 8 egg whites
1. Mix all filling ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill until firm.
2. Add some olive oil in a nonstick skillet. Beat 2 egg whites and add a little garlic powder to them. Pour egg whites into hot pan and move pan around so that the eggs spread out evenly to form a "tortilla". Flip over once and set aside when done. Repeat until you have 4 "tortillas".
3. Spread 1/4 cup filling to edges. Roll up and cut each across into five 1-inch-thick pieces.
