Hungry Jenny Sugar and Butter free Banana Sesame Loaf

Ingredients
2 large bananas2 eggs, beaten100g sesame seeds100 ml orange juice75ml grapeseed oil300g plain flour2 tsp baking powder2 tsp bicarbonate of sodaDash of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger
Directions
1) Mash banana with eggs, grapeseed oil and orange juice.
2) Sift and fold in plain flour, bicarb of soda, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg.
3) Mix in sesame seeds and pour into a loaf tin.
4) Bake at 275F about 45 minutes.


Serving Size: 1 loaf, cut into however many pieces you like.
