Chocolatey Oatmeal Flax Brownies

Ingredients
1 1/2 C Brown Sugar3/4 C Unsweetened Applesauce1 tsp Vanilla Extract1 Stick (1/2 C) Unsalted Butter4 oz (blocks) Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate3/4 C Egg Substitute (Eggbeaters)1/2 C Oats3/4 C Whole Wheat Flour2 Tbs Flax Seeds
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Melt Chocolate squares & butter in Microwave, stirring frequently. Mix together with wet ingredients. Add sugar & mix well.

Stir in Flour, Oats, & Flax Seeds.

Pour into greased baking dish & spread evenly with spatula.

Depending on your oven, bake for approximately 30-35 minutes. (30 minutes for a more cake-like brownie.)

Let cool & cut into 15 brownies. ENJOY!!
