Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Soy sauce (tamari), 4 tbsp Olive Oil, 4 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 6 tsp Garlic, 2 clove Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp Thyme, ground, .5 tsp
Directions
Spray shallow baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Add chicken. Mix rest of ingredients in bowl, spread over chicken, cover and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 more minutes.
