Ingredients
12 oz extra lean ground turkey1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies1 small onion, chopped1 jalapeno, choppedsprinkle of: chili powder chipotle powder cayenne powder penzey's spicy salt garlic powder smoked spanish paprika white pepper penzey's bold taco seasoning soy sauce1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar1/4 cup part skim mozzeralla
Directions
cook veggies
add turkey, spices
cook until turkey is done
add tomatoes
cook 5 minutes covered
uncover, stir, cook 10 minutes more
add cheese
serve with a dollop of sour cream, some salsa, and some tortilla chips

    I made this and added 2 medium diced potatoes to veggies. Yummy! Also cook on medium to medium low when cooking after turkey is cooked. - 9/28/19
