Tasty Fat Burning Soup

Ingredients
1/2 lg cabbage, chopped6 lg carrrots, peeled & chopped5 lg celery stalks, chopped1 lg gr pepper1 lg cn diced tomatosonion powder, to taste (or raw onion)minced garlic, to tastebeef bovril, to tasteThyme, Rosemary, Sage, Parsley..all to suit ur taste buds
Directions
Slice & dice all the veggies to your liking. Place in large soup pot and cover with water. Heat to boiling then cook on med high heat for 20 mins. Add cn tomatos,garlic, bovril & the rest of the seasonings and simmer for 20 mins. Can be served hot or cold.

Variations: can add sm amounts of rice or pasta when needing a lil carb...I also add ground turkey for protein when needed.
