Janie's Corned Beef and Cabbage

Ingredients
1 head cabbage 7" dia2 C baby carrots or slices2 raw potato 3" to 4-1/4" diavegetable broth - 1 qtLibby's Corned Beef - 12 oz or deli slice corned beef
Directions
Peel potatos, dice
Add carrots, cabbage and vegetable broth

Cook until cabbage, potato and carrots are done
Turn off burner. Put can of corned beef or roll slices of corned beef from deli and place on top. Cover with lid to heat the corned beef thru.
