Broiled Salmon

Ingredients
3 oz. salmon1 tsp. Grey Poupon Dijon mustard1 tsp. minced garlic1 tsp. lemon juice2 tsp. olive oil
Directions
Preheat broiler. Mix all ingredients except salmon and brush onto the fish on both sides. Place under broiler for 4-5 minutes per side.
