Fried potatoes

Ingredients
Five large potatoes, one large onion, and one tbsp of canola oil. THis is all diced up in a skillet on the stove top!
Directions
dice the pototoes into slices or chopped, with chopped up onion, and add the oil, continue to stir and flip untill potatoes are brown
