Oriental Chicken stirfry

Ingredients
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove) * *Enova,(soybean oil and canola oil), 1 tbsp (remove) * *Dole Pineapple Tidbits 100% Pineapple juice, 0.5 cup (remove) * *Snap peas, 1 cup (remove) * Cornstarch, 16 grams (remove) * Pineapple Juice, .5 cup (remove) * Catsup, 2 tbsp (remove) * Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove) * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove) * *Sesame Seeds, 1 tbsp (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)
Directions
This is just a standard stirfry. Carrots first because they take the longest, then snap peas, Green peppers.. onions last. When onions are Just cooked.. start the sauce.. mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.. and pour it into the pan. cook untill thick. I dont add it to Rice because its soo high calorie if you do.. But Brown rice is optional. Sometimes i add bean sprouts too.. and water chestnuts.
