Marys Meatballs

Ingredients
Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Oats, .5 cup (remove)Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup (remove)Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 medium (remove)*chopped frozen spinache, 0.25 cup (remove)Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 6 tsp (remove)Beef bouillon, 2 portion, amount of dry mix to make (remove)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients in a processor. Take eggs, wordestershire sauce, beat in a bowl, now mix with dry ingredients, and meat by hand. Measure each ball 1.5 oz each. Should make 18 balls. Would give 4 balls per serving. With some left over. Enjoy!!
