Rumbamel's Husband's Broccoli and Rice with Chicken and Cheese

Ingredients
-13 oz of Boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and seasoned to taste with pepper and garlic powder-2 1/2 C Rumbamel's Success Boil in the bag Brown rice made with 99% fat free chicken broth-3/4 C frozen cooked broccoli-1/2 C Kraft 2% Italian Five Cheese shredded cheese
Directions
--Cook the rice in the microwave with 1 1/4 C ff chicken broth for 10 min. on high for each bag (I cooked 2 bags individually). Set aside.
--Meanwhile, cook chicken in the skillet seasoning on each side and cook until done and slightly golden brown. Let rest a bit before cutting into bite sized pieces.
--Defrost broccoli and set aside.
--Add all ingredients into a large skillet or pot along with cheese and mix well. Heat until warm and serve.

--Makes 6 servings of 1 C each.
