Ground beef, lean, 1 oz (remove)Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)Egg white, 1 serving (remove)Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz (remove)*Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 0.2 cup
I precooked lean ground beef seasoned with salt and pepper,and some tonys.I sprayed a small ramican with butter flavoured pam,then spread a small amount of low fat ricotta cheese,a teaspoon of the cooked ground beef,then a teaspoon of the sauce,a small amount of the cheese shreds and then I cooked the egg white with pam in skillet to look like a crep,I then sliced this into "noodles" I put one fake egg white noodle on the dish,then added another thin layer of ricotta,a teaspoon of meat,a teaspoon of sauce and a sprinkle of the cheese,another "noodle" more ricotta,beef,sauce and finally a sprinkle of the cheese,I then baked this in oven for 375 degree for 30 min,dont forget to place ramiken on a cookie sheet!
