Brown rice veggie patty

Ingredients
1 cup Brown Rice cooked2 T. milled flax seed2T cooked black quinoa1/4 cup chopped purple onion1 chopped yellow bannana pepper1 stalk celery and some clelery leaves chopped.1t cumin1/2 t saltPepper and galic powder if you like2T grated parmesan cheeseZest of lime-as much or as little as you want.3 large egg whites
Directions
Mix all togehter and form into 4 good size patties. Brown in small amount of olive oil and turn over. Delicious!
