Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 1.5 cup, mashed *Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup Granulated Sugar, .25 cup Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed *apple sauce, .50 cup *Egg - Egg Beaters, Original, 0.50 cup *Arm & Hammer Baking Soda, 1 tsp *cinnimon, ground, .5 tsp *Ground Nutmeg, 0.5 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash about 4 to 5 bananas til you have about 1 1/2 cups worth and set aside. its ok if its a little lumpy.
Now take a large mixing bowl add all of the dry ingredients and mix together.
Mix eggs, banana, and apple sauce together.
Now add banana mix to flour mix .
Blend with mixer til smooth then add nutmeg and cinnamon.
Take a 9x9 baking pan and spray with pam cooking spray.
Pour batter into pan and cook for 30 to 40 minutes, until a tooth pick comes out clean.
Cut and serve warm.

Serving Size: make 9 to 10 pieces about 2 x2 in size
