Ingredients
Sweet potatoes (2#)Baking potatoes (2#)Truffle OilCanola Oil (or use Olive Oil to substitute for both)Salt (large grains)Dried RosemaryGarlic
Directions
Chop potatoes into bite-sized chunks, add oil, salt, garlic, rosemary and mix. Place in shallow roasting pan or dish and roast at 450 degrees for 45 min or so. Enjoy!
