Ingredients
2 Hard Boiled Egg, remove one yolk 1/4 cup Cottage Cheese 2% Low Fat Daisy small curd 1 claussen dill pickle, chopped 1 Celery stalk, chopped 1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard 1/4 tsp Seasoning Salt
Directions
Hard boil 2 eggs, cool completely before assembling salad. Discard one of the yolks. Chop the eggs and mix with other ingredients.
