Turkey Sausage, Peppers and Squash

Ingredients
12 Jennie-O Turkey Sausages1 Zucchini1 Summer Squash1/2 med onion1 cup of mixed colors bell peppers3 tbsp ginger3 tbsp garlic powder3 tbsp cayenneLawry's Seasoned Salt to taste
Directions
Serves 3, about a cup and a half each serving.

1. Dice onions, peppers, zucchini and squash.
2. In a large skillet, place all the sausage and
begin to brown them.
3. Place onion in skillet and let cook until the
sausage browns.
4. Add spices, mix in.
5. Add peppers, squash, and zucchini, cook until
moisture goes down.

Serve.
