Creamy Chicken and Tarragon Pasta

Ingredients
Olive Oil 2 TBSPChicken Breast 2Mushrooms, canned 1Neufchatel Cheese 8 ozFresh Chives 1/4 cupEvaporated Milk 1 canTarragon 1 tspSalt 1.5tsp
Directions
Saute chicken in oil. Once golden (and cooked) add mushrooms. Move chicken and mushrooms to a container or plate.

Add chives to skillet, mix in milk, cream cheese, tarragon and salt and pepper. Mix with a whisk until cheese is melted and thick, remove from heat.

Cook pasta as directed on package, serve warm.
