hot and sour soup with pork

Ingredients
2 tbsp sesame oil450 g tenderloin pork2 chili pepper1 tbsp ginger3.5 cup vegetable or chicken broth3 tbsp cider vinegar200 g mushrooms2 tbsp soy sauce to taste
Directions
heat the oil, stir fry the pork, chili and ginger then add the broth, vinegar and mushrooms. simmer for 20 min, season with soy sauce
