Diabetic Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients
3/4 cup Fruit1/4 cup Bran flakes1/2 cup Ice cubes1/2 cup Skim milk1/2 cup Plain yogurt2 Packets of Equal1 tsp Vanilla1 Dash cinnamon (optional)1 Dash nutmeg (optional)
Directions
Prepare the night before. Combine fruit, bran & ice cubes and put in freezer. Combine the milk, yogurt, sweetener and vanillla and put in the refridgerator.

In the morning combine both the frozen items and refrigerated items in a blender or Magic Bullet. Add the cinnamon & nutmeg and blend until smooth.
