Vegan Lentil Soup

Ingredients
* Lentils, 200 grams * Carrots, raw, 50 grams * Red Ripe Tomatoes, 50 grams * Garlic, 1 clove * Salsa, 2 tbsp * Onions, raw, 50 grams * Water, tap, 2.5 cup (8 fl oz) * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp * Oregano ( dry Spice) * Cilantro (dry Spice) * Thymn (dry Spice) * Salt and Pepper to taste.
Directions
Prep-
Dice Carrots, Onions and Garlic.
Wash lentils in water.

Cooking-
In a skillet add 1 tsp of Olive Oil and Carrots, Onions and Garlic. Saute for about two minutes. Add the lentils and a cup and half of water along with the 2 tbsp of Salsa. Lower the heat and let simmer for about 50 minutes.
Check regularly for water level. If it looks like all has been absorbed, add some more.
After 50 minutes add the tomatos and the spices (really depends on individual taste) and let cook for about 10 minutes.

All done, enjoy.
