Peanut Butter Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
3/4 C Chocolate Chips2/3 C Evaporated Milk1/4 C Butter2/3 C Sugar*1/4 C Peanut Butter
Directions
In a small heavy saucepan melt the chocolate and butter over medium heat. Add the sugar; gradually stir in the evaporated milk. Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Boil gently over low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Cool slightly.

Cover and chill any leftovers for up to 3 days.

*Peanut Butter Fudge Sauce: Prepare as above, except after boiling 8 minutes, stir in 1/4 C peanut butter. Makes 1 3/4 C sauce.
