Chicken Salad

Ingredients
3 oz grilled chicken, 1/2 oz parmesan cheese8 oz romaine lettuce1 oz triscuit thin crisps2 - 4 T Cardini Caesar Dressing
Directions
Mix dressing into lettuce, add chicken, mix, sprinkle cheese on top. Triscuits can be mixed in or eaten on the side.


Serving Suggestion: Add 1 C butternut squash or 8 oz french green beans for a complete meal. If you are taking along, 8 oz carrots and celery...but keep the dressing separate until you are ready to eat it...it will make the lettuce disappear.
