1 1/2 tsp dried thyme1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar2 tbsp. honey
Combine first 4 ingrediants; sprinkle over both sides of chicken, heat up olive oil in pan and cook chicken 7-8 minutes on both sides over medium high heat. Reduce heat to medium low and remove chicken. Add vinegar and honey to pan. simmer for 1-2 minutes until glaze thickens; stir constantly. (glaze will bubble as you stir). Pour glaze over chicken and serve.
