Apple Pie with French topping from No-Salt Cookbook

Ingredients
1 c unbleached white flour1 Tbs lemon Juice2 tsp sugar1 stick unsalted butter3-4 Tbs waterFilling:5 apples cut up2 Tbs Lemon Juice1/4 cup sugar or to taste2 Tbs packed brown sugar or to taste3 Tbs water2 tsp cinnamon or to tasteTopping:1 c flour1/2 c packed brown sugar1 stick unsalted butter
Directions
Pie Crust:
Mix 3 ingredients, cut in butter, add water, dough should be soft and make a ball but not stick. Set aside. Ref for easy handleing.

Filling:
Mx apple mixture and set aside. Roll out pie crust and put into pie pan, pour apple mixture into crust. Make topping.

Topping:
Mix flour and sugar, cut in butter. Put all on top apple pie Bake 350% for 1 hour our untill apples done.

Serving Size: Makes 1-8 or 9 inch pie
