Panzanella Salad

Ingredients
1 red bell pepper (large dice)1 yellow bell pepper (large dice)1 orange bell pepper (large dice)1 english cucumber (seeded) halved and sliced1/2 cup thin sliced red onion1 can small black olives1 4-oz diced hard salami1-6oz container reduced fat feta cheese1-cup cherry tomatos halved1 bagett-cut into crouton size (baked with Pam and garlic seasoning)1/2 cup olive oil1/2/ cup red wine vinegar1-2 TBS dry oregano seasoning dash of lemon juice
Directions
Cut up all veggies and place in large serving bowl
add fetta cheese, drained olives, salami, and croutons. Toss in bowl. Mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and oregano in jar, Shake well and pour over salad mix and toss. Serve immediatly at room temp. Can do ahead but do not mix in croutons and dressing until served.
