Chicken and Mushroom Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
2 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed1 onion, chopped6 cups of mushrooms, whatever you like4 cups fat free chicken broth1 cup wild rice blendhalf teaspoon celery seedtsp black pepper8 cups of water
Directions
pour broth and water in stock pot. toss in chicken, then onion then mushrooms. simmer and stir until mushrooms cook down. add rice and more water if needed. simmer until rice is cooked to your desired softness ( i like mine with a bit of a bite) add seasonings to taste. You may add other vegetables if you like, such as celery or corn, or bell pepper.
