Chicken noodle soup (asian influence)

Ingredients
3 cups Chicken broth (reduced sodium)1 cup chicken breast cooked and shredded1 package house foods Tofu shirataki noodles1 cup grated carrot1 tsp fish sauce (if you are at all concerned about salt you may want to leave this out)1 clove garlic crushed1 to 2 tsp grated ginger fresh cilantrolime wedges
Directions
put the broth, chicken, ginger,garlic, and carrots in a pot and heat for a couple of minutes, all the tofu shirataki noodles. (the noodles will need to be drained and rinsed before being added to the soup.) add the fish sauce. let heat until simmering. take off heat, put into soup bowls and garnish with fresh cilantro and squeeze a lime wedge into soup. Yum.

Serving Size: makes a pot that could easily serve 2 but I ate it all!! :)
