1 red bell pepper, chopped1 roma tomato, diced1/2 of 1 red onion, chopped4 tbs olive oil1 tbsp. black pepper1 tbs crushed red pepper6 TBS spreadable garlic and herb brie
Combine all ingredients, excluding cheese, and roast for 30 minutes in 450 degree oven then puree in food processor, add cheese and process to combine.
