Honeyed Cinnamon Ginger Carrots

Ingredients
12 oz Baby Carrots, chopped1 tbsp Butter2 tsp Fresh Ginger2 tsp Ground Cinnamon2 tbsp Honey
Directions
Chop carrots to bite-sized pieces. Steam carrots to desired doneness. Drain and set aside.
Melt butter in a non-stick pan, add ginger and cinnamon, saute until you can smell the spices- do not burn!
Add honey to pan to melt, once melted add carrots and toss well to cover completely with honey and spices. Serve immediately.
