Healthy Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
2 eggs1/3 cup butter2 cups dates pitted and chopped1 1/2 cup rice krispies1/2 cup walnuts chopped1/2 cup shredded coconut (approximate)
Directions
Beat together egg and butter, then add the dates, rice krispies and walnuts. Form into balls and roll in the coconut.
