1 small banana1/2 cup of frozen berries (mix and match if you like)1 tbsp of organic, smooth peanut butter 1 tsp of organic spirulina6 oz of organic, unsweetened, low-fat vanilla almond milk (I use Pacific Natural Foods brand)1 tsp Nordic Naturals Orange Flavoured Cod Liver Oil
Using a hand blender:
Put all ingredients in the hand blender container.
Using a blender:
Put all ingredients in blender and cover with lid.
Blending:
Blend on low for 30 seconds.
Blend on high for 30 seconds.
Enjoy!
