low sugar Key Lime pie

Ingredients
Mix one can evaporated milk3/4 cup lime juicetsp grated lime peel1/4 cup 2% milkand 4 pkg knox gelatin in saucepan- whisk well and heat until knox is dissolved.beat 2 block low fat cream cheese in mixer until fluffy, slowly pour in knox mixture and blend well.Add about 3/4 cup Splenda (or to taste) pour into prepared graham cracker crust chill and serve.
