Ingredients
3/4 cup heavy cream chilled8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 cup Splenda1 t vanilla
Directions
Whip the cream until stiff. In a separate bowll, beat the cream cheese until very smooth, then beat in the Splenda and vanilla. Turn the mixer to its lowest speed and blend in the whipped cream, then turn off the mixer, quick!

    We made this awesome frosting to put on top of some low carb peanut butter cookies which weren't nearly as awesome. We ended up preferring just the frosting! We would absolutely make this again. Without the peanut butter cookies this time though! Maybe on low carb chocolate brownies hmmmm..... - 3/26/11
