PB2 Vegetarian Chili

Ingredients
1 TBSP roasted peanut oil1 c chopped onion2 cloves garlic, minced2 TBSP chili powde1 1/2 tsp chipotle chili powder1/4 tsp dried oregano1/4 tsp saltpepper1 (16 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed1 (16 ox) can white beans, drained and rinsed1 (16 oz) can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed1 (15.2) oz can whole kernel corn, drained and rinsed2/3 c PB2 powder1 (28 oz) can diced tomatoes1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce2 c vegetable broth
Directions
in a large dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, sauteening 3-4 minutes or until tender. Stir in chili powders, pepper, oregano, salt. Saute 2 minutes. Add beans, corn PB2, tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 30 minutes. or cook in slow cooker 2-3 hoursl
