Maroccan nut & raisin couscous

170g couscous1/4 tsp ground cumin1/2 tsp tumeric1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp salt1 tbsp unsalted butter 2 handfulls or so nuts (you can use hazelnuts, almonds or pine nuts)40g raisins
1. In a sauce pan, pour 310ml water. Add the spices, salt, raisins and butter and than bring to a boil.
2. Pour in the couscous and remove the pan from heat.
3. Add the nuts.
4. Leave to stand for 5 mins.
5. Use a fork to fluff up the coucous and serve.
Serving Size: Makes 3 servings 60g each
