1 tbsp. corn oil2 cloves Garlic1 red pepper1 yellow pepper1 celery stalk1 tsp. chili power2 cups chopped tomotoes=1 can1 cup frozen corn2 cups black beans=1 can-drained and rinsed2 talb. chopped cilantrosalt and pepper to tasteI add 1 box of Jiffy corn bread mix to the top!
Bake in oven at 425 for 30 minutes
