2 pounds ground beef, browned and drained4 cups of cooked brown rice2 cans of black beans, drained1 package taco seasoning24 ounces tomato ed)sauce2 cups Mexican blend cheese (grat
Directions
* Mix ground beef, tomato sauce and taco seasoning until blended well. Can add sauteed onions if preferred
* In a 9x13 pan, layer rice, then beef mixture, then black beans and cover with cheese
* Bake 350 for 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted
