Ingredients
1 small head Cabbage 1/2 head Red Cabbage 1 Large Carrot1/2 medium white onion3 stalks celery1 - can crushed pineapple in 100% pineapple juice1 1/2 cup Low Fat Mayonnaise1/3 cup Craisins1Tbsp Poppy SeedSalt/ Pepper to taste
Directions
Shred vegetables
In small bowl mix mayo, crushed pineapple, lime and poppy seeds. Pour over cabbage mixture. Add craisins and salt/pepper to taste.
