salsa chicken for crockpot

4 chicken breasts, boneless skinless1 can of black beans2 cups pinto beans ( I used leftovers)1 can shoepeg corn (white) or mexican corn works1 jar (16 oz) of homemade salsa or 2 cups of bought1 pound of mozzerella cheese2 cups of fiesta blend cheese (great value is fine)1 tbsp Tony Chachere's Seasoning2 tsp of seasoned pepper1 tbsp garlic powder or more
put chicken in a sprayed crockpot, season chicken with all seasonings listed.
Dump all beans, corn, and salsa on top of chicken
Cook it 6-8 hours on low
about 20 min. before serving
Put cheese on top, replace cover to allow to melt.
great served with corn muffins or corn chips and sour cream
