1 1/2 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips1 TBsp olive oil1 TBsp chili powder1 TBsp brown sugar1 tsp ground oregano3/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
- Heat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine the oil, chili powder, sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pat the chicken dry with paper towels. Place chicken in a roasting pan and rub with the spice mixture. Roast until cooked through - 20-30 minutes.
- Serve hot, room temperature, or chilled.
