Low Carb Spaghetti Squash Alfredo

2 cups cooked spaghetti squash3 tb butter3 tb cream1 clove garlic, crushed1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Stab squash several times and put it in the ;microwave on high for 12-15 minutes. Then slice it open, and scoop out and discard the seeds. Now take a fork and start scraping at the "meat" of the squash.
Stir all ingredients together and heat until the butter is melted.
(Can add some chicken or shrimp sauteed in olive oil and garlic.)
