Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour: 1 ¼ cSplenda: 1 cBaking Powder: ¼ tspBaking Soda: ¼ tspCinnamon: ¼ tspNutmeg: ¼ tspAll Spice: ¼ tspGround Cloves: 1/8 tspSalt: ¾ tspPumpkin (pure, not pie filling): 7.5 oz. (1/2 of 15 oz. can)Egg Beaters or Egg White substitute: ¼ cupApplesauce (Lite): 6 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl.
Combine all ingredients together. Bake for approx. 30-35 minutes (depends on your oven).

Makes 12 muffins, or 12 slices of bread

For variation: add dark chocolate chips (my kids love it!)

If it is not sweet enough for you, add 1/2 cup more splenda.
